Will my members have to sign up again?
No. We move your members and their past purchases across, so they carry on without re-subscribing. The one thing that can't come with them is their password, so each member sets a new one the first time they log in. Old links are redirected to the new site.
Can people still share my files?
Download links can't be passed on, and every PDF carries the member's name, which puts most people off. Nobody can stop someone printing a page or taking a photo, and we'll always be honest about that.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Payments go into your own Stripe account and we charge 0% transaction fees. You pay a setup fee and a monthly care plan, nothing per sale.
Do I own my site?
Yes, it's your site. Your domain, your members, your resources and your Stripe account are yours from day one. The care plan has a 12-month minimum term. Once those 12 months are paid, you're free to walk away and take your members, resources and data with you. If you stay, the care plan carries on rolling month to month.
Can I add resources myself?
Yes. Adding a resource takes about two minutes, on your phone or laptop. Reports show what members search for and don't find, so you know what to make next.
Can schools pay by invoice?
Yes. School plans come with teacher seats and email invites, and schools can pay by invoice with a proper VAT invoice.
